TQI then works directly with stakeholders to capture business processes, identify functional requirements, and link requirements with the customers’ mission goals and objectives. TQI manages requirements baselines using software tools that provide automated traceability, electronic baseline creation, version control, and change management. We ensure document traceability from the highest-level concepts and goals to the individual system level requirements. Once validated, requirements are managed and prioritized for system builds. TQI prepares traceability matrixes, facilitates RM boards and reviews trouble reports / change proposals.
