TQI Solutions announced today it was awarded a contract with a potential value of approximately $26 million to provide ITGMS services in support of MSC N6. This contract, awarded by the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), represents new business growth supporting MSC and within the company’s IT suite of services that include C4/IT Portfolio Management, Financial Management, and Enterprise Architecture support. The contract has a base period of performance of 12 months, with four option periods. Work will be performed in the Norfolk, VA area and at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, Illinois.
TQI will provide ITGMS services for the MSC N6 and stakeholders necessary to ensure IT governance and related processes integral in the lifecycle planning, production, and sustainment of all MSC C4/IT systems and capabilities, both ashore and afloat. Within the Performance Work Statement (PWS), C4/IT systems and capabilities include systems, networks, components, and IT peripherals in which IT resources are expended. C4/IT governance defines the decision-making authority and accountability framework to ensure C4/IT investments efficiently and effectively support the MSC mission while remaining compliant with relevant policy, guidance, and mandates.
