TQI Solutions announced today it was awarded a contract with a potential value of approximately $12 million to provide IT strategy, digital transformation, and audit information subject matter expertise in support of OPNAV’s Fleet Readiness and Logistics Directorate (N4), Director, Logistics Programs (N4L). This contract, awarded by the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, represents new business growth supporting OPNAV N4 and is within the company’s IT suite of services that include Logistics IT strategy, governance, and integration. The contract has a base period of performance of 12 months, with four option periods. Work will be performed in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.
TQI will provide Digital Transformation Team (DTT) and Audit services necessary to ensure Integrated Strategy, Governance, Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture Support integral to ensuring that the LOG FAM delivers effective and efficient mission capabilities in executing LOG IT digital transformation. Within the Performance Work Statement (PWS), services include coordination and integration across Logistics Services, Data, Technology, Cybersecurity, Change Management and Workforce Transformation, IT Strategy, Governance, Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture; Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management (PDM/PLM); Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). In addition, TQI will provide audit programmatic and integration support for short- and long-term achievement of Navy financial statement auditability for all N4-assigned business segments.
