From a Veteran’s Vision to a Trusted Federal Partner

Founded in 2005 by Navy veteran Tom Quinn, TQI Solutions began with a commitment to helping defense and federal organizations navigate complexity with confidence. Guided by the principles of Trust, Quality, and Innovation, we have grown from a small veteran-owned business into a trusted federal partner focused on strengthening readiness, enabling integration, and delivering outcomes that matter.

2005 – 2011

Our Beginnings

Founded on Service, Built on Values

TQI Solutions was founded in 2005 with a mission to bring trust, quality, and innovation to national security programs. In 2006, we secured our first federal contract supporting DISA, laying the foundation for a long-standing record of reliability and performance.

2012 - 2015

Building Credibility

Establishing Stability and Leadership

In 2012, we opened our first corporate office, marking a period of organizational growth and stability. By 2014, we began leading mission support efforts for Norfolk Ship Support Activity (later MARMC), demonstrating our ability to deliver disciplined execution, operational reliability, and trusted results.

2016 - 2018

Capability Growth

Strengthening IT, Cyber, and Systems Engineering

Between 2016 and 2018, we expanded our capabilities in Digital & IT Services, Cybersecurity & Risk Management, and Systems Engineering & Integration—positioning TQI to support increasingly complex defense and federal environments with greater depth, integration, and technical expertise
